authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an
illegal threat, or violates export control laws. Examples of
non-acceptable content or links: Pirated software, Hackers programs or
archives, Warez sites, MP3, and IRC bots. The subscriber to ©WebsCanada &
affiliates service agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ©WebsCanada &
affiliates from any claims resulting from the use of the service that
damages the subscriber or any other party.
Pornography, adult content, and sex-related links or merchandising is
prohibited on all ©WebsCanada & affiliates servers. This includes
sites that may infer sexual content, or links to adult content
elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity
or content that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on
the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in any of the above. ©WebsCanada &
affiliates considers spam any mass unsolicited message in the mediums of
newsgroups and e-mail. If you are found to have spammed, then we reserve
the right to immediately, without warning, disable your domain. We
reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to known spammers. We
reserve the right to determine what violates this policy. As such, any
violation will result in immediate deactivation of services without
refund. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or
content they may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the
Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited. Moreover, any
site selling or promoting bulk email software, service, or addresses is
forbidden.
IRC
We do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.
Chat Rooms
©WebsCanada & affiliates does not allow clients to install their
own chat rooms. These tend to be large system hogs and we cannot allow
it as a account option.
CGI-Scripts
Every ©WebsCanada & affiliates account comes with its own CGI-bin.
Please feel free to use any CGI scripts you wish, however we reserve the
right to disable any CGI script that effect normal server operation or
service to other ©WebsCanada & affiliates customers. For the
protection of all our customers, we also reserve the right to
discontinue service to those customers who continue to run scripts that
effect normal server operation.
Reselling of Domain Space
We currently do not offer a solution for our clients to resell domain
space. Any attempt to resell domain space will result in immediate
termination of hosting services without a refund of unused services.
Traffic
In the event your site will exceed it's traffic limit you will be
notified via email at least 7 days in advance when possible, so you will
have time to address the issue. Once you have exceeded your traffic
limit your site will be automatically suspended until such time that you
make arrangements with ©WebsCanada & affiliates. Over limit data
transfer costs are $5/gigabyte once you exceed your limit.
Server Abuse
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a ©WebsCanada &
affiliates server or customer of ©WebsCanada & affiliates is
strictly prohibited.
Any sub-networks of ©WebsCanada & affiliates and dedicated servers
must adhere to the above policies. The failure to meet or follow any of
the above guidelines are grounds for account deactivation. We reserve
the right to remove any account without prior notice.
Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold ©WebsCanada &
affiliates harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs
and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against ©WebsCanada &
affiliates, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may
arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be
performed or any product sold by customer, it's agents, employees or
assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ©WebsCanada &
affiliates against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person
or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in
connection with ©WebsCanada & affiliates server; (2) any material
supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the
proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4)
any defective products sold to customer from ©WebsCanada &
affiliates server.

©WebsCanada & affiliates will not be responsible for any damages
your business may suffer. ©WebsCanada & affiliates makes no
warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. ©WebsCanada &
affiliates disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a
